Has your dealer gotten the DSM involved with your issue ? Remember all dealers are not the same. Is your dealer a "Red Carpet Dealer" ?

I had engine problems with my 2555 Shuttle Cab, I have been polite and nice with them, but my repairs were kind of dragging along. I wrote Customer Service about it and the Customer Service Director looked in on my dilema, I also wrote the President of the Company, found him on Linkedin, Mahindra expedited the parts, communicated with the dealer, gave me a loaner and a voucher for an extra $1500 if I wanted to trade so I did! Should be getting my new 6065 real soon. I know you must be frustrated by now but you should write a detailed factual letter in the most polite way and ask for help with a loaner or a new tractor.

Very good advice here. . . best to try not "lawyering up".

I talked to the owner of the dealership this morning. He has been very apologetic and thanked me for being so patient with them this far and that they think they have found the problem and he is having his new shop manager go test it out tomorrow morning as they are finishing up their test on it today. He said that out of the dozen they have sold that 5 of them have had this same problem and that he has been talking to other dealers as well as corporate and at this time he is the only one that has reported this problem. What they have found is that its not related to the tractor at all. It is related to the loader hydraulics as the problem is in the check valves and possibly the loader vale. He said once it passes the shop managers test they want me to go to the dealer and test it for myself to make sure I'm happy with the fix.

Oh no the boom wont come close to lifting that tractor its no industrial machine.. I just meant the outriggers

just out of curiosity the rear remotes for the back they are both in the neutral position right? If im thinking right one has a detent its not hard to bump one out and it keep trying to push fluid

Uh...................... 12-31-07 Tractor jacks.jpg..................... I respectfully disagree with that. Photo is of my 6520 lifted completely off the ground. I can lift the rear end off the ground with the outriggers OR the boom.

Well the dealer called me yesterday and this has went all the way to the top of Mahindra corporate office. They decided that they were going to just buy my tractor back and told me that I was free to go look at other models or go buy whatever I wanted. They said the know there is a problem and they have no idea how to fix it and didn't want me to wait for them to figure it out and end up with the same problem. Sadly I did like the tractor and had it performed properly would have loved to have gotten it back. Now I'm back to the drawing board on what to get. UGH

I wonder how astute the dealer's mechanics are. I'd have five or six pressure gauges plumbed into various places; you'd know where the problem was in minutes. Hydraulics are relatively simple, especially open center.

It only took 3 month for them to finally do something while I sit on my butt with no way to keep my farm going. I had to have someone else come cut and bale my hay (causing me to lose half of my hay) because they took so long.

According to them they are the best around. LOL They told me that they run pressure test on everything and it all passed but I find that hard to believe considering you could literally watch it drop because it was moving so fast.
