Brand new 6065 Hydraulic issue

Well I'm sad to say that the problem isn't fixed. I can raise the backhoe up in the air and actually watch the boom drift off. The outriggers will lose pressure and when you try to apply pressure the to right one it will actually lose downward pressure. I left the loader up 4 feet overnight the day they dropped it off and it was sitting on the ground by the next morning and what makes me so mad about all this is that they said the performed that same test and it passed meaning I feel like I was lied to. I called them back Friday but they were not at work so I'm calling them back this morning.

are you picking the tractor off the ground with the outriggers?

It doesn't have the power to lift the tractor off the ground even using the boom.

My 2565 has been in the shop atleast 8 times since I bought it less than a year ago. The final fix was a larger 3rd fcn manifold. The one they put on was too light weight. All seems good for the moment. Only 120 hrs.

Oh no the boom wont come close to lifting that tractor its no industrial machine.. I just meant the outriggers

just out of curiosity the rear remotes for the back they are both in the neutral position right? If im thinking right one has a detent its not hard to bump one out and it keep trying to push fluid

The outriggers wont pick the tires off the ground either. I have 2 sets of remotes and the one set is used for the backhoe and it has a lever lock installed on it to lock the leaver in place while the backhoe is attached. The 2nd set is in neutral at all times and I have double and triple checked that several times to make sure.

They originally told me that the 3rd function valve was my problem also. They said it was plumbed in wrong and was making a direct by pass for the hydraulics causing me to not be able to build up any pressure. But I have learned (as of last Friday) that the FEL valve has been bad from the day it was installed on the tractor at the factory. He has a new one on order and he also said that the rear remote valve that the backhoe is hooked into want adjusted right and that was also causing problems with the system. So at this point I'm waiting on the FEL valve to be delivered and once that is installed I'm going to the dealers lot and I will dig a hole it their lot using the backhoe and fill it back in using the loader so I can test both to make sure they are right before its ever sent back home to me.

Well The dealer got a new shop manager last week so when I talked to him on Monday he informed me that I'm not the only person dealing with this problem. He said that this new series has this problem with every cab version yet all open station in this series works just fine. He said that corporate says there cant be a problem because it passed their leak down test when they engineered it. The new shop manager said he is making it his personal mission to find the problem and to get it fixed and wanted to know if I was ok with my tractor being the one they used to find the problem and fix. At this point I'm about ready to call a lawyer and make them take this tractor back so I can go buy something that works. I have made 2 payments on this thing and have only had it in my possession for 5 or 6 days total and I'm done being patient with them.
Anyone had to do anything like this and if so how did you go about it?

Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear you are not making any headway.

As far as buyback is concerned, laws vary from state to state. I would start with a conversation with the owner or general manager of the dealer.
Be factual, and tell them exactly what you want and ask them how to proceed.

In the meantime, research your state lemon law and start collecting documents.

You must have all documentation and meet the requirements for lemon law before you can file a case.

Hopefully you can work something out with the dealer and avoid that.

I had engine problems with my 2555 Shuttle Cab, I have been polite and nice with them, but my repairs were kind of dragging along. I wrote Customer Service about it and the Customer Service Director looked in on my dilema, I also wrote the President of the Company, found him on Linkedin, Mahindra expedited the parts, communicated with the dealer, gave me a loaner and a voucher for an extra $1500 if I wanted to trade so I did! Should be getting my new 6065 real soon. I know you must be frustrated by now but you should write a detailed factual letter in the most polite way and ask for help with a loaner or a new tractor.
