Front Axle: Gear Lube Mp Sae8/9wt-qt

Hydro: Harvest King ISO 32 AntiWear Hydraulic Oil 2 Gallons

Engine: Oil Rotella T 1W-3 Gal

I think you are going to want a hydraulic/transmission oil not a hydraulic only fluid-for example: Xtreme Tractor Hydraulic Fluid 5 Gallon 56595-H. Slightly different formulation than the hydraulic oil mostly in the anti-foam, viscosity and anti wear modifiers.

I am assuming a hydro rather than a gear transmission-I am not sure if the gear tranny uses the same working fluid as the hydro.

our tractor supply has had the 2 1/2 gallon jugs on sale, buy 2 for $35, which was a little bit cheaper than buying the 5 gal pail and a lot easier for an old man to handle. It's what I put in mine. I haven't done anything the last few days on my tractor, the daughter and SIL bought a house and we've been moving them.

I am however, working on wiring up hookups for trailer lights, as I will occasionally get out on the road with the trailer and want the flashers to work

there's a plug behind between the fuel tank and frame that I've used the tester on that is apparently where the OEM trailer connector would plug in, but my dealer doesn't seem to want to look up the part for me, since it's not listed for my tractor directly.....

If yours is the same style big round connector with 7 round pins mine is, I can tell you exactly which connector it is and where to get it. I got one for mine to connect blinkies I put on the roll bar.

sorry I'm just seeing this. mine's not round though, it's a square connector. I am looking to hook up a 7 pin round trailer connector though

yesterday after church, I used mine to raise/level our daughter/son in law's storage building. They're in process of moving, and the guy who owns the rollback wrecker basically just set it down. Was nice to be able to raise a whole side at a time and add blocks as needed

sorry I'm just seeing this. I bought a 4 wire flat set and just wired it into the appropriate wires on that plug. I also attached a 7 pin round plug vehicle side to my trailer mover, so if I'm going to get on the road, I can hook it up and run the flashers. Which I did today....


the daughter and son in law, who lived about a mile away, bought a house just around the corner. I took the tractor and trailer over there today and moved the 'run' for the chicken coop. I pulled the trailer with the tractor, because I needed the FEL to pull the metal stakes with. We staked it with short pieces of messed up T posts, and there wasn't a good way to pull them, except a short piece of chain and those hooks I put on my loader bucket worked very well




tomorrow I get to put the chicken coop all back together for them, currently their chickens are in one of my empty pens temporarily. Not being very good guests either, they haven't laid me a single egg.....:laughing:
