I think we are going to end up with something similar to this. IMG_2130.JPG

I've had a lot more fun in a hot tub then I have in a shop!!!!!

Me too! My "kids" are three teenage daughters so I hope they don't have the same expectation out of the hot tub. At least the shop will be more productive.

Good deal. A few years ago on another property I installed 5 LED floods with motion sensors and I could NOT keep them from false triggering and I know a few things about motion sensors. I guess I could ignore them when they trip but I had to look. Never again LOL

No way we could stand any kind of motion light. It would shine directly into our bedroom window everytime it came on. My wife does NOT like to be woken up in the middle of the night! After the first night of false triggers I'd actually be scared that she would do something drastic to the shop.

All my LED lights outside my house are on a switch. We turn it on when it gets dark outside and we turn it off in the morning when we wake up. If we are sitting out on the porch and enjoying the evening, we turn them off. I've never met a motion sensing light that was reliable, and dusk to dawn are not much better.

No kidding. I put up with dusk to dawn for years until I installed programmable switches. They are 20 bucks at Home Depot and they are awesome!

Congratulations on your new shop! Did they use wooden blocks for rebar chairs (post # 7)?
