On Monday, I picked up a 14 inch Roadshock LED light bar at Harbor Freight with a sweet 25% off coupon. I planned on installing it on top of the (fixed) ROPS on my BX2660. Silly me, once I got it home I realized that there wouldn't be much, if any, clearance between the back of my big fat head and the light bar on top of the ROPS. It would basically be lighting up the back of my head instead of the night. Anyway, I returned it and bought 2 Roadshock 3 floodlights. I live in the woods with lots of trees but I mow the grass (lots of weeds and Japanese stilt grass), so I'm thinking I may mount the lights inside the top corners of the ROPS. Anything mounted on the outside will probably get whacked by a branch. Has anyone done this and does anyone have any tips? I haven't ruled out returning them and buying some lights that would be held in place with magnets and maybe powered via the 12V plug. I won't use the lights much; probably just while plowing during/after heavy snowstorms.
