Little Donny wannabee. He's done more to harm the people of KY than anyone knows.

FWIW, in the 20 years I've been living in Northern Vermont, I've had my tractor gel up twice, in the freezing cold, in the middle of my 1/4 mile + driveway while clearing snow. I can't tell you how much fun I had dealing with that! And that was using fresh off road diesel (first time). First time, I figured it was just a fluke. Second time, I was just being stupid for not taking the first time as a sign. I add anti-gel to my diesel year round just because I don't know if it will be what I'll be using when the weather turns cold. I guess you would call me a belt and suspenders type of guy- but 2 times trying to change out a gelled fuel filter in 10 degree temps with no heat made me see the light. Better to prepare for the worst and not have it happen, than not be prepared and have it happen. Just saying.
Anyone know if off-road diesel is treated? I think I read that it is not.
This is once in a life time cold here.
So today I go to my local credit union,CLOSED due to weather,go to the local sports bar with the wife for lunch,CLOSED do to weather. No mail or garbage service due to weather.I wonder back in the day when I was a electric lineman(now retired) if I could get away with not coming in to work because it was to COLD.I think to locals would pi$$ and moan about that.
Wind chill here is in the -45 or colder range all day. Boiler has been running pretty much full time but it is keeping the heat at 70.
This is once in a life time cold here. So those that are saying we are getting soft... we never faced this before so....
Around here the local government closed and a good number of businesses closed, but there was no state of emergency declared. Local grocery stores are open so if you need french toast you can get it.
