Particulate filter delete

Some people believe the earth is flat. If you are leaning towards that belief, even a little bit, I can’t help you much, I guess.

never met a flat earth believer, I have seen plenty that can't think for themselves.. Keep drinking that GOV cool aid..

EPA is out of control. No one seems to be able to pull them back into reality.
Waste more fuel, so you get cleaner air ? LMAO.
I think the oil companies had something to do with this so they can sell more fuel

Quit overly dramatic! I guess you weren't around yet, when thousands of people gutted their catalytic converters when they were first mandated as part of the exhaust systems on our vehicles by the federal government.

Catalytic converters are not nearly as easy to detect as a DPF Delete.

Smell and/or black smoke is a dead giveaway of DPF Delete. Black exhaust tip.

Many state police carry a picture book of DPF (and SCR) Delete examples. Is usually about $2000 fine and mandatory fix-it ticket for first offense. Hopefully you kept the original parts because new parts start at $3000. It can be $10,000 if a Federal officer catches you.

If DPF is a deal breaker then buy an older tractor without.

A comment someone made that stuck in my brain was that with the latest emission tiers manufacturers have been forced to learn more than just how to force fuel into the combustion chamber to produce HP. That they have had to learn to control combustion with finesse. That some have had significant fuel efficiency improvements.

Road vehicles usually have to force regeneration by dumping raw fuel in the exhaust. 6.4L Ford Powerstroke did it with the direct injection while exhaust valves were open. Problem is some fuel washed the cylinder walls and dribbled past the rings into the fuel. Wasn't uncommon to be up a quart of "oil" at 5,000 miles.

I was hoping someone would give their thoughts on the eBay link I posted of the company you send your ECU to, and they reprogram and do a DPF delete.

I keep hearing about burning more fuel and maybe that's the case. However my 2015 L3301 uses the same amount of diesel(.5 gallons per operating hour) as my old 1984 L275, and does it with more weight and power. It certainly handles my heavy old IH rotary mower better, the old tractor couldn't even keep the front tires on the ground with it.

The common rail electronic injector systems on most tractors with DPF use less fuel than the old mechanical injectors. That savings will be greater than the amount of fuel used during regen.
My 37hp Branson with mechanical injection uses between .5 and close to 1 gallon per hour depending on hard I'm working it.

That seems like a lot of fuel. I think my L3301 burns about 1 gal per hour
