MF products are made both in India and I believe in Pakistan so those classic MF designs are live and well :)

The 35,135 and 235 with relatives must one of the most produced tractor designes in the world, the MF 35 that came in the late fifties are still made today.

Finally got around to putting the wheel back on the tractor and using the rotary on the tall section of my back yard. It was so wet in the spring that it grew out of control, couldn’t get it cut with the zero turn. I’ll hit it with the flail once I fix the hood on it, really clean it up.

Still have to mount the right side wheel weight and put the chains on that side as well. Also need to put a tail wheel on the rotary. Too busy this year...

For me there is a series of icons above and one is a picture frame. Click it, select the picture from photos or whatever. Then upload.

Finally got my flail mower straightened out. It’s a cobjob but it’ll work for now.

Went over the rough cut area I posted above to smooth it out. Hoping it’ll green up a bit before winter sets in. It’s short and smooth enough now to hit it with the zero turn. The following pics give you an idea of how much the flail smooths it out.

To post pics, here's my method.

First size your pic, I use 1280x720 pix.
In the reply area, click on "Go Advanced".
At the top row of icons, left end, there's a blue A, click on that turning off the blue.
Place your cursor where you want the pic to be placed. I usually use a couple lines below my last comment.
Then in the second row of icons, fourth from the right, is a square pic with black dots at the corners, click on that.
A small screen appears, I select "from computer", then click on "browse".
This allows you to search for the pic you want from your computer database.
Find that pic, click on it, then click on "open".
Then click on "upload"
Depending on your computer speed this might take a couple seconds to several and the pic will show up where you placed your cursor.
If you want the pic to be larger, double click on it.
This will open another window and you can choose the size you desire. I use full size.
Now your pic is posted at the size you want, click on "submit reply" at the bottom right.

Your result will look something like this. :)

Snagged this little LJ500 stand on skid steer a few days back. I still haven't gotten around to putting the wheel weight back on the 35, the tire chain, and loading the tire. The LJ500 weighs about a ton which made my 35 a little light in the rear right side even with the 650lb flail mower on it.

Now to figure out what's wrong with the skid steer. Came with pallet forks, too. Wisconsin Robinson engine (9hp maybe?) I saw this thing running last year so it shouldn't take too much to get it going.

Also of note: my tilt cylinder needs a rebuild on the MF35. I used to be able to curl this much weight quite easily. That's not so anymore. In fact, it'll curl maybe half way, then start to drift back down if I keep on the lever. So that's another job for this summer, repack the tilt cylinder. Shouldn't be too bad.
