The parts for my tractor have been ordered as of last week. Not sure as to what was ordered yet. That is a step that I hope resolves this problem for good.

Hope you get your issue resolved ASAP.Good Luck.

Two more weeks have gone by and no good news to report. Obviously my parts have yet to arrive or I am on the back burner for getting my tractor fixed. I did send the service dealer a message last Thursday and never got a reply. Kioti really needs to get its sh-t together when it comes to warranty work and fixing a re-occurring problem like this. Kioti, I hope you are reading this.

I had to bring my tractor back last week in order to cut property for a commercial site.
Dealer ordered a MLS valve to correct the 3PH jumping.
His system said it was in stock and Kioti said they had zero in stock.
Was told Kioti had to replace all servers, and desktops due to the hacking and have to finish sync of factory database with dealer systems.

It does appear that Kioti has lots of room for improvement when it come to caring for their prime source of business, customer service!
Valve should be in on the 12th. Now just waiting for the call.
Since I'm a cold weather wuss, the machine will be trailered when the weather gets up to a balmy 50 degrees or so....heh....

Interesting on the computer issue now. Over 2 weeks ago I was able to find and pull up their dealer login page. I didn't know any passwords so I couldn,t log in. I did however try just for the sake of trying.

Have to say, for a global company to be down for any extended period of time because of a computer hack is simply....unacceptable. They obviously haven't been putting their money into computer security, and their disaster recovery plan...nicely put...is less than adequate. Think of how much money they're loosing in lost business, and then erosion of customer trust that is very, very hard to gain back. Guess spending all that money on IT security and an adequate disaster recovery plan or business continuity plan is looking pretty cheap now by comparison, huh?

My thoughts exactly. I know I am pretty fed up after my experiences

Kioti (not dealers) in my limited exposure is also unresponsive to customer inquiries.

I still believe the Kioti machine itself is a great value, head to head specs with others on many levels.
However, their business model, customer service appears to run by a culture that failed basic business school instructions.
OK, rant over......we know that no factory machine color reads our posts......but it helps to vent at times.....

Now my work is complete, did the winter cut for customer. So whenever the MLS valve comes in.......hang in there fellas.....
Maybe Kioti will wake up, if enough customers tell the dealers how the factory is on the losing end......

I’ve been thinking about Kioti and the other brands lately. I have a 2004 lk3054xs TLB. I have 450 hours and I’ve mostly stored under cover. I purchased with 150 hours in 2008 or so. I’ve replaced every backhoe valve seal and I have small leak in front axle housing seal and rear axle housing gasket. I’ve replaced negative battery cable and a hose on injector pump and of course filters and lubricants. And my PTO clutch is tough to disengage and typically the PTO keeps spinning wether or not I press pedal to full extension. In the end I’ve had it apart a bunch of times for the valve body seals on the backhoe other than that nothing overly serious. In comparison I had a Kubota B6000e, which was 30 or more years old and god only knows how many hours. I changed an idler pulley on fan belt and that was it. The thing was pretty much indestructible and the loader had no hydraulic leaks of any kind. And I ran motor oil or the like for hydraulic fluid maybe power steering fluid, can’t remember. Interesting how bullet proof the Japanese build machines can be.
