I would even be wary of the "unsubscribe" button. You need to open the email to unsubscribe and They've Gotcha! I've been receiving scads of emails that are asking me to unsubscribe (I can see this before even opening the email) and these are spam or spoof sites I have never, ever even looked at. Beware!

Most email services have a SPAM button if you don’t want to use the “unsubscribe” button.
