I went under some low hanging branches and one snapped off the front roof edge and dropped the windshield in my lap in a thousand pieces

Can you share the company. Thinking of building my own cab and having glass built to my spec would be awesome.

Could you post some pics on how you routed the heater hoses on the driver's side of the tractor? I'm in the middle of installing a heater in the Curtis Cab on my BX25D-1 and it should be similar. I'm good on the passenger side. Thanks!

Huge Thank You! To George The Beagle for sending me pics of his Curtis Cab installation on his BX which really helped me install my heater on my BX. It's all done and works! Just need some snow now.

Just saw this post, sorry for the delay.

I got my glass from these guys: Laminated Glass, Laminated Safety Glass | One Day Glass

I thought they were excellent to work with. Had a few hiccups finding a CAD format we could both use but worked it out in a day or so.

i have the same heater on a bx 1830 and i dont have heat in my cab the 2 hose are hot but just a little heat coming out of the heater was like that when was new

1 Check fluid in the actual radiator, not just the overflow.
2 Disconnect one of the hoses going to the heater to see if fluid is flowing. You could have an air pocket.

I had a very small leak in a hose, lost fluid ( alot). Being winter the temp gauge showed normal, but I had very little heat. After I replaced the hose I had to run it with the radiator open and would squeeze different hoses to get the air out. It took a while.
