As justman has said, you have a dead short to ground somewhere and I suspect it will wind up being a pinched wire. If you remove a part, look for where the wiring harness may be been "mushed" by the removed parts.
Pop off the right side B pillar cover with all the switches.
Inspect wires for chaffing, pinched or damaged wire.
Pass/fail.
If pass, turn lights on and wiggle the entire B panel cover.
Fuse blew?
Pass/Fail?
If pass, Pop off the 6 12mm or 13mm nuts holding tractor bac top on have buddy help lift off. Not heavy, but awkward. Inspect wires to work lights for chaffing, pinched wire, or poor insolation.
Turn lights on. Wiggle the wires.
Fuse blew?
Pass/Fail
If not this is the stumofabeeche part.
Pull the seat. Have a friend help or be prepared to lift it. Look for pinched wires under the left and right bulkheads.
This is what you'll see when you pop off the top.
This is what the wires behind the lefthand B pillar look like without the switch panel.
Not the greatest picture, but this is what is behind the lefthand bulkhead. I think (but do not know) the wires going behind the seat on the floor are carrying power from your relay to the lights (its been five years since I had mine apart).
And again, if you pull the bulkhead off the entire harness is easy to access and inspect. Inspect under the fuse block and light-related relay for poorly crimped wire, pinched wire, mouse damage, chaffing, poor insolation or poorly secured. No wiries should ever be able to "wiggle" under normal use unless you're grabbing them.
