Is the 2020 census going to include the "American Community Survey"? People should question how the census bureau revised their confidentiality pledge and if they are ensuring compliance with the federal cyber-security enhancement act of 2015.

Exactly. We had the DNR come in once the day before opening of deer season. Four guys with body armor and sidearms. Two of them held back in the woods until called in. They were good guys and hung around for a while after checking all our tags. They said they take extreme caution checking remote camps because they never know what they are walking into

Waiting now. One step is a form for a background check. I'll have to see how invasive the questions are before deciding to proceed or not. These days I would NOT do the form for a security clearance.

It's a part time, temporary job lasting only a few months at most, so I don't plan on being overly detailed for something that will only pay a couple of thousand.

I don't know how bad the form is for a secutiy clearance now. Back when I needed one for the AF (1954) it was 7 pages long and wanted your entire history from the time you were born, every address, how long, owners name/address if rented, every job, boss, etc. etc. etc. Even worse was that they didn't warn me I would have to fill it out every 4 years. I didn't keep a copy until after the 2nd time .

Actually jusst doing his job. The takers are required to check every place on their list even if they have walk in.

Work had to go back 10 years. Started at 4 when we got bought out. Then they changed to 7 years, then wanted 10. Had to redo the whole employment application (10 plus pages) 3 seperate times just for their records. After the second time I scanned it all and sent it to my lap top.

The back ground checks I have to do for the national guard armory and nuke plants are fairly painless. They just take a while. Both get my full name, ID number, and social. The armory performs theirs on the spot. The nuke plants do theirs a few days in advance and then let me know a day prior to my scheduled entrance if I'm good or not.

Both places I have an armed escort.

Why not? I guess I don't understand why anyone would object to being counted. I don't really know what all the questions are this year, but I can't imagine any that I would object to answering. And of course, I'll be polite to any census taker because he/she is just doing the job they were hired for.

The 2020 census is to ask seven data questions: age, sex, Hispanic origin, race, relationship status, homeownership status (own or rent) and citizenship. The bureau also listed several follow-up questions it will ask to make sure that everyone who usually lives in the household being surveyed is included.

Some people consider government employees to be "Servants". But I'm sure that as a former LEO, you already know that.

Why don't they find out this Census information on the internet like everyone else?
