Admiring a birthday cake. Notice the tractor colors. I showed it to my tractor so I can keep true to the thread title!

I love it! Nothing like a red tractor pulling a green tractor out of trouble.

That is a good cake,
the last one my red pulled out was a different red.
Neighbors 966 with a loaded manure spreader in the mud,
the 8050 had a 3 pt hitch on her and we hooked high and she did the job.

First Job with the Branson was grading the Roads around the Farm. These haven't been worked on in at least 3 years. We've owned it for almost 2 years now. They were a little "overdue" to get done.

Looks like you are enjoying it! You will find that the results from using a box blade gets better and better as you gain experience. One thing that really helps is to have a hydraulic top link so you can adjust the aggressiveness of your cut on the fly.

You're absolutely right. Took me a couple of times to get the roads decent. Getting the feel really helps. I've been using the Bucket to help smooth down in places.

Well my 8050 is sitting out here running about 1750 rpm pto set in the economy mode and spinning the generator tonight.
Supposed to get down to low single digits tonight coal stove doesn't due much for the basement piping need the boiler going a bit.
Electrician supposed to replace my meter loop tomorrow, did a patch job a few months ago and now it's letting go, arcing and popping down by the meter.
Probably run her till showers and bed time then shut down for about 3-4 hours and then crank her up again.
Always the best of timing.

I feel you,
Half of what I do here around the Farm is figuring out ways to jerry rig something until I get the time to permanently fix things. When that day comes, I'll have a huge to do list!
