My wife wanted to go to the grocery store with me last night. I asked why? She said there might be something she sees while in the store that she can't think of to put on my list. I asked her to put it on the next list if she remembers and please just stay home. They called me twice while I was in the store.... Avacados, and soft-soap (which they were out of).

Weather is warming up so will have a look at some outside activity.. I have a slow leak on zero turn mower back tire so may take a look at that today.. If I can find a tub big enough to dunk it in, I may do that. I can hold it down with loader on tractor if I need to.

You say you're in the middle of nowhere! Who's going to patrol there? By the way, farming is exempted. If you're really worried about causing trouble, call your local sheriff and ask them directly.

I was riding my UTV to go visit him and when I pulled in to his driveway one of the DNR guys followed me in and asked for my license. I had not been speeding or "hot dogging"...he was just being a jerk. I was polite and no issues but first time I had ever that happen in 7 years up here. Most of the DNR guys are OK but they have an issue with this guy and most of his relatives. Not totally unwarranted , but it irked me they pulled me over for no reason.

Domestic violence is up 300 per cent locally. I imagine it is the same all over.

Interesting enough one of the reasons is women who had ALREADY left an abusive relationship decide to RETURN out of new anxiety and fear brought on by Covid19 concerns.

Funny story most of it but my wife got hit on her Harley , road rash, broken ribs, nose, etc We went to the grocery store I got dirty looks from everybody like I was a wife beater . Went up to Maine for hay were in KFC one girl walks over and says motorcycle accident right . The only one that had the *alls to say anything or ask...

I can drive to McD's to get a Big Mac...totally unessential, but doing a bit of work on a tractor is subject to interpretation. I suppose even driving to the local elk viewing spot, sitting in our truck and having a picnic lunch is deemed "unessential". It is $1000 fine per person.

I am not suggesting stuff like what happened on the Florida beaches is acceptable but we have swung too far to other extreme.

Well, just got off the phone with someone at the Sheriff's office. They told me to read the ordinance and I had to decide if it was "essential". This is getting really stupid.

I agree with that we have swung too far in the other extreme. A friend of mine is an essential worker in Rhode Island. When talking with him about the elk viewing spot, he said that is essential for your healthy sanity. But I agree with you shooter about wanting to help a neighbor with tractor work. 6 ft distance can easily be followed on outdoor projects. One question asked of our governor during her press confrences was can landscapers go to work. her answer was a big NO. But I can hear the blowers working in the nearby golf course clearing the leaf debris from the courses. Not essential in in the ordinance, but safely doable. Oh well. Enjoy, and stay healthy. Jon
