Around the US, many of the COVID deaths in nursing homes were not being tested/reported as such.

That's a pipe dream...or would have been before the education the world is getting right now...

The majority of people don't even bother to keep a two week supply of essentials on hand...maybe in hurricane and tornado country a few more may stay prepared but not near as many as you might think...heck most wait until a storm is knocking on the door before the herds clean out the water and dairy sections of all the coastal grocery stores...

As for the sports...yeah right...like those (rich , greedy) franchise owners are just going to say hey we better shut down our cash cows for the good of everyone...LoL...another pipe dream (until now)...

Travel bans...yeah right the clamoring was on the wall...

Again, good leadership is about being in FRONT not bringing up the rear.

Would sports franchise owners have bitched and moaned about a shutdown in early Feb. You betcha! And, how do you think they would have responded if POTUS arranged a conference call and told them about the consequences of letting a pandemic get out of control and having their players and fans in the middle of it? His own intelligence agencies had already raised that spectre. He had the bully pulpit and wasn't smart enough to use it. He could easily have pitched to sports owners that this was in the national interest and that a failure to act or support him would be taken very badly by POTUS and his administration. He could easily have invoked Flu 1918 as an example of what he was trying to avoid. He could have made it quite a patriotic decision for team owners. Instead, he flew to Mar a Lago and played golf. Real leadership.

No one is saying you have to use TSO (Trump Snake Oil). If you go to intensive care, let the doctors know you do not want to be a Guinea pig. Now isn't that simple?

I am at higher risk than most. If I am close the death, I should be allowed to take whatever I want if there are no other options. We had Governors make that choice illegal...but I think most of those morons have now pulled back on that.

This is a cheap and easily made drug that seems to work for some people. It disturbs me that people are unable to see that...but HEY >>>>GREAT!!! More TSO for the rest of us who want to roll the dice.

BTW a Democratic State Congresswoman in Detroit was near death and credits it with saving her life. If I understand correctly, she had her husband get the drug as it was the only way she could get it.

To your point... It is only political because Trump is trying to take the news away from how poorly the US was prepared for this under his leadership; and his touting the virus as a "hoax" and "fake news" when he should have got the ball rolling.

Trump NEVER said the virus was a hoax or fake news. HE DID SAY that the democrats politicizing of his decision to stop the incoming flights from China and to criticize him for doing so "another hoax" just like the previous russian and collusion hoaxes. You have mischaracterized what he said and what he meant. How in the world could you think that Trump thought the CHINESE virus was a hoax when he went to the VERY unpopular at the time step of stopping all persons coming from China. Many of his own advisers advised him NOT to do this. And if you will remember everyone with a D by their name criticized him for doing so. If you will remember he was called xenophobic and racist. If you will remember the stopping of the China flights happened in January and the flights from Europe later when it became apparent that was a danger also. Look different people will always put a different lens on anyone's actions. and No one can argue that the CDC with its worthless and slow testing regime did nothing to help this situation, But you would like to pin it on Donald J. Trump. "its his fault". Sure, go ahead. Tell me how you would have done it better?

By the way, I see some hospitals are using a chamber with vaporized hydrogen peroxide and some other methods to sanitize masks. I know I know Donald J. Trump suggested we look into this, so you and others will be against this move. And so it goes.

Actually it is generic and most of the world's supply comes from Indian pharmaceutical companies. Unless someone is jacking up the price, this is a low cost drug.

AND this Democratic Black representative, had the temerity to actually praise Donald J. Trump for saving her life. If you can believe that. I saw here say it in her own words. How about that for a testimate to people of different political persuasions working together.

Why are so many doctors coming forward and saying this drug regimen is working.? I have seen many. Not just some goofy looking french one.
