Well Well, it's getting serious now.
Those look beefy.
It is a 1964 International 1 ton 4WD. It has a 345 V8, 5 speed transmission with a 4 speed transmission mated behind it, factory 2 speed transfer case, Dana 70 front and Eaton dropout rear, Air locker front, Detroit locker rear, 41 inch tires, power steering, front and rear PTO winches, reinforced the body and frame in key points, on board air compressor and welder, body redone five years ago, lots of stuff powder coated.
:steeringwheel: So, . . . . 20 forward gears and 5 reverse?? Plus the 2 speed multiplier
This set-up didn't increase your top speed at all, just major towing and crawling speeds, . . . correct? Very impressive.
I have not tried to figure it all out, it gives me a headache. All I know is I get more reduction when I want it, and I do not have the big gap between 3rd and 4th that the 5 speed overdrive is known for.
Correct.
Crawl ratios are 61:1, 113:1, 207:1, and 375:1.
