If you ever wanna sell your tractor, park it on that hill, for that Jeep dealership look. :D

HA will do :)
pile little different not. 5 feet tall 4 feet across at top 8-12 feet across at bottom and 30 feet long.
will be hauling in about 30 yds horse manure to mix in soon.
these little gc tractors are excellent compost maintainers. used a 1710 (next door neighbor) for few years until friend moved few miles away. then used other neighbors 1535 which is a good tractor (I drive it a lot and do mtx on it) but for compost the gc is better.
I can more easily climb a pile and pull the top over and off to flatten, etc.

I'm down, man! Some people have compost bins they turn over with a crank or pitchfork...silly suburbanites! Well, we got us a compost "area" behind the duck house, that sucker gets turned and stirred with the backhoe coz I ain't got all day lol!

You could tell it's fall coz this is a smallish pile (plus the leaves give it away):

we're going to get tiller (4 ft) next spring, was looking at woods (as neighbor also has one I use) but is king cutter better?

I couldn’t answer the better question. My parameters were gear drive, and the best price.

The KK was $1450, shipped, on sale. (2015)

It has about 20 hours on it, it does have a leaky seal, but other then that it withstands abuse quite well.

I would not buy one of the lighter made ones that are made specifically for SCUTS.

breaking up compost/loam pile that sat all year. pigweed was 5ft tall with stalks up to 2" thick and roots 18" deep.
pile is now approx 15 yds.
will be adding another 20yds horse manure to mix in soon. great garden soil.
DL letter on loader 8ft tall from level, front hood 3.5 or so ft higher than rear had to hold onto loader arms to get off and on.

Pouring new cement pads in my 70yr old garage. Nothing better than taking the mixer to the job. Saves a lot of labor.

The gearbox is filled and blade bar is mounted. All I'm waiting for now is the blade bolts that a machinist is making to be finished and delivered. Before I rebuilt this brush hog I had to up my motor RPM's to be able to engage the cutter. Now, after the rebuild, I can start it up at idle. Go ahead and listen to 'r hum!

That's cool! I've often debated to myself about if I would pay and have concrete poured for my pole barn project or just buy a mixer and do it myself. How much material can you get mixed in each load?

Same here, I got a big shed/small barn type thing with a very uneven concrete floor. I was thinking of just pouring more concrete in there to level it out.
