I don't think FLA battery voltage is affected so much by temp. However, capacity certainly is. Batteries will loose voltage quicker at cooler temps.

I really searched for the ambient temp but there was no citation given. Another paper on lead acid batteries, suggested the chart used a 77F or 25C ambient temperature.

I did also, and believe you are correct with that temp. It took some digging past all the pay to play sites to find some useful info. Wow, what a cut and paste marketing circus this internet has become.

See my post and read the comments, especially the last one. Different Kioti model, but similar issue. My solution was to clean the ground battery cable after a new key switch didn't solve the problem completely.
