I just remembered my neighbor bought a SA424 with loader/backhoe a few years ago.
Haven't really seen it since as he left it at another property but I remember looking it over and and looking up the spec sheet, I would say it's more in the category of a LX series Kubota rather then the L or the CK10 Kioti's.
It's a bit lighter and the loader lift height is pretty low even for that size tractor (also the Kubota loader height to pins is 94", I think your sheet says 87)
I haven't looked at the Yanmar line for a bit but I believe its YT series that is closest to the L and I don't think they offer a model under the emissions regulations.
Depending on total price and dealer, I'd say the Kioti looks like it would be my front runner in that group, but as already said, go sit on them and see how they fit you.
No sense in saving a few bucks to not enjoy your tractor time.
