They would KILL my glove budget for the next five years.
It beats frostbite. I can't work in winter without decent clothing... for me it's literally a matter of life and death.

I can't work with the big bulky gloves. Plus I like my cheap cotton gloves because you can spoil yourself with a fresh pair for a dollar or so and throw soiled or holey ones in the stove. Nice to wear clean gloves.
I don’t work with them. I wear them while I’m waiting to work, shoot, go for walk, run a snowblower, etcI can't work with the big bulky gloves. Gloves or Mittens ?
Ask the expert,
Bernie Sanders has a few words to say on that.
From my years in Alaska - I've got down work clothing - head to toe. Two complete sets - Eddie Bauer and Alpine Design. But not any more ..... If it's so darn cold that I need to dress and look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy - I just remain inside. My feet have alway been OK in the cold - it's my hands. My hands get cold - then my whole body starts getting cold. It just isn't worth it.
I bought some of these recently. They aren’t for extreme cold but they are comfortable and have been durable so far.
