Best guess is that it doesn’t overshoot the set point.
The heat strips put out less heat per hour to prevent overshooting the temperature set point and making things too hot.How would an electric heater pulsing have anything to do with efficiency?
The only ones moving will be those older non electronic diesel cars & trucks (that actually got good mileage) that people held on too as treasures.
Load Watts...... not so simple sometimes...... good discussion.Like it was mentioned earlier though, the generator will keep hunting for its speed because of that duty cycle, especially if you have many electronic thermostats (I have five) since they turn on or off at their own time.
