I fully agree that chit would not fly in our state..Down wires are HIGH priority ...They must be yellow taped off or have a wire guard standby until a crew arrives.Apparently not enough to repair a downed wire.
Could be 145,000,345.000 0r 745,000 transmission lines.Driving down to Dayton, OH from northern MI to visit my daughter, I wondered about the big hgh tower electrical transmission lines. Ones with 6 or 8 wires. Are those all primaries, ie like 7200 volts? Just wondering with all this electrical knowledge here. Jon
