It doesn't work that way. Even in a small geological area like Europe, there are dozens of different languages and cultures. There are even some racial differences, but none as pronounced as between Europe and Africa, even though Africans were the original occupants of Europe. Differences in the habitat in Europe led to the loss of dark skin and other physical features.If the continents hadn't drifted apart, mankind might have evolved to be all be the same race/language/culture.
