By the way. Where did you find a used one? Dealer? Craigslist or Facebook? One of the other numerous machine sites?

On Uncle Henry's. It's Like CL but mostly Maine. The prices seem more sane for some reason. If you are looking for something like that you need to be very patient.

I have had a MUTS trailer since 2007, in use at least 15 working hours per week by myself, owner/operator, not employees. The materials and labor used in a MUTS is top class. After 15 years I have very few paint scratches in the trailer bed, for instance.

Nice. So they've been around for awhile then. Thanks

The MUTS are specifically designed to be all terrain trailers with a low center-of-gravity and all terrain, low-pressure tires. I have shopped Pronovost and they are excellent but designed for heavier hauling on relatively flat/smooth ground. I would never load my MUTS with gravel, for instance. The bulbous, low-pressure tires would not take the weight of gravel. Nor would the manual boat winch lift the trailer bed. But dirt is fine.

A moderately loaded MUTS will roll over quite boggy ground on its bulbous tires.

I am 74 years old. A (single axle) MUTS is easy to move around by hand, separate from a vehicle, when empty. I store my MUTS in my garage, in line with the RTV500.

Pronovost vs MUTS depends on the OP's needs and his budget. No question the Pronovost is heavier duty/heavier price.

Photo #2 is a trailer of water in buckets.

I'm thinking it'll be used to move mulch around and drag logs out of the woods. Semi-rough terrain in some places that get fairly wet and muddy or filled with snow during certain times of the year. I'm kind of leaning towards 4 wheeled versions.

Got a quote on the P-508/3S. Nearly $9700 shipped. It's a really nice piece of equipment but I just can justify the cost.

I came across the Multilander by Woodland Mills(video below) but it appears they don't make/sell it anymore. Too bad because it looks really useful. I found this brand(MUTS - Multi-Use Trailer System for your ATV, Quad and 4 Wheeler) but it doesn't look as robust. Anyone know other brands out there that compete in this space?

MUTZ is a great trailer. I have had it for 4 years. I pull it around on my RTV and throw stuff in it all the time. I agree it isnt for throwing 15 8 ft logs in though. It is lighter duty.
