Yes, that's a huge amount of money to me. It's all in your perspective. It would definitely encourage me to know the law and not take the chance.

I read that article. Somebody got in trouble for selling used DPF’s if I read the article correctly. What is the problem with that if they function correctly? Maybe I missed something.

I don't know of anyone that has deleted a tractor.
I hope the WV vs EPA case winds up letting people do deletes. I am not against clean air. I am against paying and paying and paying to keep my equipment running.

Wasn't there a tv show, called something like the diesel brothers or something, that received a huge fine for doing something similar. Tractor Time with Tim has a few videos that followed him and a diesel shop that added a turbo to a 1025 R, wondering if fines cold be levied against him for modifying a tractor that falls under the 25 HP threshold to create more power. Could it be possible that by doing so, he'd have to add a DPF?
