I started eating food grade DE about 6 or 7 years ago. After a short time I noticed 5 things.
1. Fingernails got stronger.
2. Joint pain in left knee when going downstairs, went away.
3. Swelling in lower legs above socks, went away.
4. Hair on head got thicker.
5. Age spots on the back of hands went away.
As with everything it works different in different people.
I'm not one to doubt that of which I know nothing about... But - I'm wondering if the diatomaceous earth (DE) is the thing that's making you feel so much better. Or is it the water intake? Perhaps both are helping, I sure don't know.
What I do know is that some years ago when making water treating chemicals for sale to the refining industry we added DE to the mix. Back then it was a nickel a pound. I see that the price has gone up substantially now. The price of 'dirt' has definitely increased. Actually its not 'dirt', it's ground up sea shells.
However, your testimony makes me ponder the thought of giving it a try. Not that I have any of the ailments that it resolved for you, but there's no telling what else it might do. Heck, it might change my physical symptoms of a 79 y/o to something back in the 20's or 30's! If so, the $0.05/pound, ooooppps - $1.50/pound would be well worth the try. That is, if it doesn't react to my old bones like it does to insects.
