Ink stains

Try denatured alcohol. It removes 'sharpie' permanent ink used for cut marks on vinyl plank flooring, even after many weeks of dry time.

Acetone (finger nail polish remover)?
Of course, dish detergent & warm water then water on washcloth after whatever works.

There are ink removers available, Amodex is one brand that I recall. It works pretty well on getting ink stains out of shirts, hands, etc. It may have difficulty if the ink has been "set" by the heat of the dryer.

If it is the dryer than has ink, it will be many loads before it is effectively gone.

Some of the above ideas may reduce the surface ink, but that stuff gets everywhere.

Buy some cheap white towels and keep running them through the dryer until they all come out clean.

I don't often agree with 5030, but if you can swing it, get a new one. She'll never really be happy and it will always remind her of your mistake.

Try some Goof Off. Seems to work when all else has failed. Other than that, get a new dryer.

Give up - bite the bullet. You now have another work shirt.
