Who is excited for snow season? Not us! We're depressed due to lack of snow.

It reduced my time at snowremoval. I could push it wherever I wanted it, no matter the wind direction and I stayed dryer. That was why the honda stayed parked in the garage.... Did cost $$$ but we have a bunch of jobs for that machine.

I just dont like to deal with the piles of plowed snow in the spring, I prefer a snowblower. Looks like you have more room to put snow though.

I had a '99/2000 Polaris 500 ATV I installed a set of (AD Boivin) Canadian tracks on; you would not believe the snow that machine would push

Pushing is not a problem in my area, but finding areas to keep pushing it are. neighbors that just push snow all run out of driveway sooner or later and call me to blow out a path for them. Getting tired of moving compacted snow though.

A few years back were attended a NFS course on sled operations and survival class. Sure was fun! This was to show there snowmobile operators on how to get unstuck and operating or not getting struck in the 1st place. We attended with our 6x6 and the instructor had never seen one before in snow. The below photo is my spouse driving around with the sleds and helping them get out again. The idea was to show folks how to get out by shovleing snow under them. We didn't pull them out but she couldn't get that machine stuck.

To the OP I’m in your area now. We are staying in the lodge on Lake McDonald tonight, then Polson, then Couer d‘Alene then on to Twin Falls. Beautiful country and it looks like snow country. Do the tourists ever go home? Of course I’m one of them. Good luck on the snowfall but I hope it comes after I leave.

Don't know what to expect this winter. Had a few days of 90's this spring, only a handfull all summer. And the rain... Until last week, I don't think we had more than 3 days in a row of sun. Gardens struggled, and string beans are just about ready to pick.
Neighborhood Matriarch thinks this is the year we get dumped on with snow. It's been years since that happened...

Im in Michigan too, snow is nothing new here either.
