I guess it depends on how much snow is on the road.

The only good answer to your question is "it depends". Lots of variables involved with models of tractors and blowers. How far, what type of roads etc.

No but I have power steering. It is a little limited on clearance under the blower when lifted for transport but driving down the road is easy.
