I got a Dewalt battery powered chainsaw LAST CHRISTMAS.. the print for the directions are SO FN SMALL I can’t read them..
I “tried” to just put a battery in it and pull the trigger but nothing happened..(lol)
I STILL haven’t had it outside yet and it’s almost 12 months old.!!!

And 90% is safety silliness, like unplug before immersing in water.
Do not put in your eye or some other places...

Often it's written in several languages, then placed in the carton at point of origin.
The translations can be onerous... especially the one for my Uniforest winch.

Having been on the recieving end of a tech support question, depending on what information is actually given to you, it could impossible to answer to answer the question with any degree of certainty because you are not given accurate information LOL
