Toro Workman 3200 project...anyone have one of these?

I got one of these recently. Price was right (free, delivered). It has a transmission problem that I plan to fix.

Anyone have one of these? Not much on Utube.

This one is 2wd, with diff-lock, 3-cylinder Mitsubishi gasoline-powered 4-stroke, with hydraulic dump. Trans is a synchronized manual 3-speed with high and low ranges. Foot-operated dry clutch. It is also available with 4x4 and power steering.

I have driven it and it is impressive in that it has fantastic turning radius and enormous load capacity. Real hydraulics for a massive dump bed. Capacity is way beyond any side-by-side UTV I have ever seen. Empty weight is about 1400#

It came with a spare scrapped 4x4 Workman transmission, made by TuffTorq.

I will probably post my repair documentation efforts here.

i have 2 that id like to sell. one is the 3200 with a flat bed and wooden side racks. hydrolic dump, 2 wheel drive, and a parts mechine to go with it. both have the 3 cyl. mitsubishi gas engine. the parts mechine isnt running, but has complete engine and running gear, the body is yellow rather than red. from what i gather it used to be a l.p. gas version, but has been converted back to a gas unit, it was like that when i bought it. i goit it for the "cab" and "flat bed". the flat bed i put on the one im am selling, the cab went on my 4200 4x4 unit

This is a long wheelbase EV from Advanced Electronics. 48V battery, 4 wheel brakes, high & low beam headlights, horn, backup alarm, folding side fences, stiff rear leaf springs. I had 16 heavy square bales on it and crawled up a 13% grade like the bales were not even there. Moves heavy trailers by me adding a Class hitch. Mounted a carry-all with my sprayer stuff on it. Not a single problem.

I have briefly heard of a 3200 Toro Workman! A friend in TN called me and said there was one he needed some parts off of, for sale down in middle Florida, and would I go after it if he bought it. I did, and with that was able to shame him into a trip from TN to WV to pick up a Ford 1210 that I bought up there.
To add to the issue, I noticed another one just south of the Florida line, and let him know about it. Of course, he needed me to go get it, in the rain, at 9pm at night, lol!
The second one will reside here until next spring unless I can figure out a way to get it to TN, so if you need any parts, let me know and I will sell them to you CHEAP. Just have to tell the owner somebody must have stolen those parts! (LOL, I just told him to look for this post, as he isn't a member here)

My friend dropped his trailer off at my place for me to load the first Toro while he and his wife were laying on the beach in South Florida!

The Toro Workman that I picked up for him up at the Florida Line has a tank the size of a normal bed with sprayers across the back and outriggers to spray out to each side.
Kind of a neat setup for spraying, but i don't do a lot of spraying so not much interest here.

He is quite a ways from upstate NY, but he didn't hesitate to go to WV for me, so its a possibility if yours have features that interest him.
I have a small interest in one, but not as a running one, as I have an idea of something to build using parts. I keep waiting on him to find one with just the right parts that he needs and leftovers for me.

Looks like I am going to need seat frames for the one I am going after this weekend. Seats cushions are available but haven't located the metal frames they bolt onto, yet.

when i put the seats in my cab , i took them off the seat frame that mounts inside the rops unit, on a seperate frame. the bottom seat cousions should be seperate from that and bolt to the 4 bolts on the red plastic cover with metal frame under it. the back cousions are taken off the metal frame and bolted through holes in back of cab. i didnt realize you had a cab on yours. that would make it easier to ship, just the cousions, rather than whole frame for them.
