Kioti deal or no deal price?

On warranty; companies aren't all just ponying up on you or anyone's word. There is a video circulating online now about Cummins refusing to repair an almost new heavy truck engine, after they pulled dealer only readable codes showing multiple over speed codes. I "think" in the video the guy says it was 'several short run time over RPM limits codes' but it still was used outside the warranty parameters.

To our OPs question; this is the exact same price and tractor is available locally at the dealer I bought my Ck2610 from a year ago. So, the video you shared, dealer is blowing smoke about him "taking all the over stock and giving you a Great deal"

To say that this bolt torque is only a Kioti issue is non-sense. Every tractor specifies to torque bolt, especially lug and loader mount bolts.

Over the years, I have read enough about loader and wheel bolts loosening up that it should be common knowledge to even the non mechanically inclined.

In his defense, we all probably should do better. It's like air pressure, or checking the oil, how many honestly check Every time before the use a piece of equipment or drive a vehicle.

But, it's not a Korean vs Indian vs German vs Japanese thing; it's all operators and drivers should be checking more; bolt/nuts, oil, coolant, air pressure, ect. When was the last time everyone blew out their air filter?

Stuff is way too expensive to not take care of it. You’re probably right though, everyone yaps about scheduled maintenance but little about day to day.

While walking up, scan the machine and ask “does anything look out of place/lop sided”, fluid leaking or puddles on the ground? Torque marks on wheels, loader mounts, etc? You gotta pop the hood and check oil level, coolant level, hydraulics, scan for leaks, belts, funky hoses. Yes, it takes a few minutes, minutes that aren’t wasted time.

Do you (or the boss) let your operators jump on and not check? What delays are caused when the piece blows the motor or pump when no one bothered to check the oil(s), fluid(s), belts and hoses?

Nope, but I torque them about twice a year, because while these bolts should be torqued down during pre-delivery inspection, that's not always done. None of mine have been lose, but it happens.

Kioti didn't **** you @Redlined0002, your dealer did, and from what I've heard you're not the first. I wouldn't buy from LSE, period; they're a great resource on YouTube, but a quick search here will bring up a few warranty cases that all come down to poor dealer practices.

@BaznastyDave just had issue with them over improper valve stems on filled tires.

Oh, and @Oakfield1862 had a fun experience with their sales team.

Yep, I was ready to buy a tractor and all the implements from them. They didn't negotiate and luckily, I learned that I could drive north to KY the same distance to LSE and get a much better deal on Kubota or JD. If you are in the Nashville area, do yourself a favor and get prices for Agri Power and Hutson in Russellville, KY. Compared to the Kubota and JD dealers near me in TN, the KY dealers are 20% cheaper.

I also figured out that the ironcraft flails are not made in Italy, but India. I bought the Novatractor BCRM because just like Maschio and Frontier, their flails are made in China, but with Italian parts. The BCRM weights almost 300lbs more than the IC.
