Kioti deal or no deal price?

Dude. Over 200 hours and you didn't do maintenance that should have happened at least 8 times? It's on you, buddy. You assumed. They literally told you to do the maintenance. You thought you were smarter...or you're too lazy to take care of things until they break. Take the L and stop looking for someone to blame other than the guy in the mirror.

I'm heading to Nashville this weekend. I may need to stop by and get some filters from Larry. His videos were definitely helpful in choosing my equipment.
Never had to do it with my Kubota's, John Deere's or New Hollands!!! They use locktite!!! Only Korean junk has this problem!!! So Torvy and Turnip green sit behind your keyboard talking trash, you are defending Korean junk because that is all you can afford to buy!!! I have 7 late model tractors and have owned plenty more before these. So talk you trash elsewhere. KIOTI IS KOREAN JUNK!!!!

I've had no issues with my Kioti; perhaps, because I read the manual?

Throw all the tantrums you want, you're the one that neglected maintenance listed right in the user manual, and it bit you. Did you ever bother reading it? I suspect you didn't.

I'm thinking you didn't do any research prior to purchasing either, or you'd have known to torque the bolts. But hey, it's easier to blame others, right?

It looks to be the case.

Bought my Kioti from a dealer about 550 miles away. It wasn't the closest dealer, but it was one that had a good price on what I wanted, and no problem with me picking it up myself - unlike another neighboring state's policy.

In retrospect, I can see why they took $2,000 off for me to install the remotes and the backhoe...the instructions are dismal.

Figured it'd take me a full day, well, it took twice that time. Anyway, they were very nice and helpful, so I'll get my filters and such from them when the time comes.

You check each bolt on your tractor before every use?
I would bet few check each bolt on their tractor before every use. I did check every bolt I could reach after I first bought my tractor.
It probably would be a good idea to check lug nuts frequently.

Ok so back to the problem.
If the tractor was under warrantee at the time, you have the option of contacting Kioti corporate or calling another dealer.
It could be your present dealer is using this as an excuse which would never hold up in a court of law.
The company can do all they want to mitigate the problem but the fact of the matter is you do not have to read the manual as there is no law that says you have to. It is prudent to do so but suggestions and even signage does not free the manufacturer of its responsibility to honor said warrantee.
A good lawyer would dance all over them for how this was handled.

Only had 288 hours on it. The torque charts are there if you have to remove a part to work on it. If Kioti isn't smart enough or to cheap to use locktight on bolts to keep them from loosing up they are selling JUNK!!!
I know you're mad, as anyone would be; however, I believe it says to check torque every 10 hours doesn't it.

I dont doubt it happened, but I have a feeling there is more to it. Maybe they did offer to repair, under warranty, but it wasn't the repair you wanted; something like over bore a hole and helicoil; and you want an entire new tractor for free?
