Tractor
New Holland tc35d
I’m selling my tractor, brought it brand new:
2003 New Holland TC35D, 470 hours on the clock.
4 wheel drive
16la front end loader
One rear remote with hydraulic top link. Can’t remember what brand.
Folding Rops.
R4 tires.
Also comes with 72” Kodiak HD box blade
Also comes with rear discharge 72” Sitrex 180 finish rear mower.

The tractor runs great, it has a few issues. Telescoping steering will does not lock, cruise control does not work, turn signal does not work, rear pto brake Does not work. All fixable but I don’t have the time or money to work on it. The tractor used mostly for cutting grass. Cleared out shrubs area. Used to smooth gravel driveway and property. It has low hours. Looking for a fair price for all. Thanks

To get the best price you need to fix all these small issues. I would not expect such a list of problems with a low hour tractor. I know you say you don't have the time or money to do the fixes, but the increased value of the tractor will certainly out weigh the cost of the fixes.

Check out TractorHouse to get a value estimate.

TBH, probably some guys won't find most of those issues on the test drive. Disclosing those issues depends on how you do your business... Turn signal, cruise, probably not many would care, the pto brake is an actual problem to use the tractor. If it needs spitting the tractor to fix, that's a bit of an expense!
I would figure out how much to fix the pto and disclose it in your ad, no point in wasting their time and yours if they aren't interested in a repair. There will be low ball guys to ignore, but a guy who doesn't mind fixing it will show up eventually, subtract the price of parts and a bit for his time and make a fair deal.

Thank you for the reply, I plan on letting any potential buyer aware of the issues the tractor has. With that, I’m looking for a fair price knowing the issue with the tractors.

No buyers here so just list it in classifieds...

The problem with selling something that has so many issues and then telling potential buyers that you cannot afford to do the repairs, it would make one also think perhaps you couldn't afford to do the scheduled maintenance either. That could scare away buyers. It would me!
