Nvm, I just figured it out. Lost a seal & outer bearing so gotta get that ordered for the LF wheel.

I would send the pump motor into powertrac and let them build it for you, you can call and ask Terry how much it cost. I had one of my drive motors on my 2425 start dumping oil out of the shaft seal and Terry told me to ship it to him. The o-ring and seal kit was around 40 dollars and the repair was about the same. Gor around 100 dollars or so i had the motor repaired and have a warranty to boot.

Alrighty then, took your advice & sent that sucker off for rebuild by power trac. Great advice! Thank you so much. Can’t wait til it gets back. In the meantime, off to do some more work on the machines.

Looking good! What is that tire size? It looks very wide, compared to what other models have, and as if it would give your units a really great stability on slopes.

All the best,

Peter

Since your wheel motor brackets are bolt on, you must have a mechanical linkage tram with a cable going back to the hydro drive pump (vs pilot controls). I must emphasize how important all these connecting parts are, including the arm pined to the hydro pump shaft, as in the links of a chain every one is important as the last link, these are the only things that control (STOPS) the drive torque and directions. Loose a part and who knows what the machine will do. Understand? IMHO it is the utmost of importance in safety.

Ya! Put it up on blocks before starting or it might take off on you as soon as the engine fires up!

Then test forward/backward/neutral motion with the pedals and adjust with the wheels off the ground.
