Mowing won yesterday. Almost 6 hours worth of really rough stuff. Guinea grass, wainaku, bamboo. Got much of my perimeter back in the Hilo section but not quite there yet. Really impressed with my 50 stabilizer fix. I call it 50 cent fix as the metal shop charged me a buck for the piece of steel and I made 2 parts.

Amazon started delivering pieces for my new transfer switch. Of course another 10 days before tracking says I get last items.

Watch some football today along with a dump run.

Good morning! Low of 25°, heading up to 59° today. No precip here for about 40 days.....

We're hanging in there.... as best as can be. Another week of tests done.... the Dr. cancelled Dona's first chemo, had a blood infusion instead. Chemo rescheduled for Friday. Her pain is really gotten worse. This is hard.... pain meds aren't helping her too much anymore.....
They drained another 1350ml from her right lung. That makes a total of 3300ml drained out over 6 weeks. But.... she can breathe easier now.

We are taking it day by day, .....really minute by minute. That's all we can do.

Our daughter stopped by for a brief visit on Friday on her way down to the Giddings Tx area. We only had about 45 minutes to visit, Dona had an a dr's appointment to get to. Wish we had more time to spend together, but she was pressed for time.... driving from Bayfield Co to Giddings in one day... took them 15 hours.
I told her to wave in all directions at the "forum guys" when they got there. They are visiting her fiancé's family in the area until the 3rd. Looks like they're having good weather there now.

The dump run went off without a hitch. Down to Sundridge and the car wash, got that done for $3.oo, it was more to wash the bird whitewash off than anything else.

Saw a partridge on the side of the road on my way home.

Supposed to rain all week, anywhere from 30% on up.
