Lets see... Some parts from Sawzilla to upgrade the fuel and impulse hoses as well as a new carb to jug rubber boot connection and new band clamps to install it for my ancient, bought new Stihl 028.

Finally, a 100 box of 240 grain Hornady XTP handgun pills (.452 diameter) from Powder Valley as they are offering free shipping today only and PV usually has the best prices on pills.

I bought a HF 2" gas power water (aka trash) pump. I'm putting a fire fighting trailer together using a few IBC totes, pump, and 2" hose reel.
Trash pumps tend to be good for volume, not so much pressure. So if you want to wet stuff down that's nearby quickly - great. If you want to spray stuff that's a bit further away, the water may not reach. Check the pressure/volume curve.

Centrifugal pumps make pretty good pressure. I don't need to spray far. We will see...
Lots of people including firefighters report using trash pumps on so called grass fire rigs.

I have a small pump to drain jacuzzi and fill pasture water trought in winter. It empties a 55 gallon pail pretty quick. If hooked to a nozzle is sprays far, but backpressures the pump. Pump makes awful noise. Im not sure these pumps are meant to work thru nozzle slowing flow???

I amy be wrong

Bought about $70 worth of steel drops from the local steel supplier just to have on hand for any projects I may come up with.

The square/rectangular pieces are 1730 steel, I believe it's equivalent to the 1045 in the US. And the round pieces is 2711 steel, which is a prehardened tool steel. Very tough stuff to machine.

That's probably $200 worth of steel if it wasn't for it to be drops.

Back in 2019, I bought a bunch of round drops for my loader project. A lot more steel than this time and all of that was only around $50.

Let’s have a look at it! (y)
I'm waiting for delivery. Meanwhile I found this picture online with a light and a red dot mounted. I'll run iron sights and leave the light on the nightstand pistol. I am super excited for this birthday present to arrive.

Wait until the tariffs hit.
Dum da dum dum!
You know we have been paying tariffs for 5 years already right?
What could tariffs do that biden and harris didn't already do with their 30% increase over 4 yrs.
Take the blinders and headphones off. You are getting bad information.

Inflation isn't over yet. If the tariffs go up so will the prices on all our goods that are imported or not!

And to keep it on Topic, I bought $3,000 worth of Auto Repairs this week on the wifes car! Yeah. Keeping the economy going!
