24F temp slowly dropping,so far 6" snow fallen.
Little over 5 hours freezing now turning back to snow 2-4 inches storm ending around midnight,no signs of icing on branches limbs...yet.

Clean off the roofs got feeling I'll be doing it again tomorrow,did rough plowing with pickup tomorrow think it would wise to Kubota.

Plans for the evening...looks like feet up evening bed early for tomorrow going to be long day.

Good (Monday) morning. Overnight Low of 6.6C and it's presently 20.0C, clear & fairly calm.

Yesterday's paddock transfer [from #1 to#2, for those of you keeping track at home] occurred, with the assistance of the "Mad Agisting Horse Woman" + her Daughter. I was the able to chain-harrow Paddock #1.

There's not much happening today except for a Church Council meeting this evening @ 1700.

I'll need to truly plan [pack] for a trip, this week, up to Brisbane. It's only for a couple of nights to see a concert with my Mate from there. The concert is by "Postmodern Jukebox" (PMJ)... I'm sure that I've mentioned them before.

Wow! What kind of generator and where was it located? Glad you were able to clear it out!

So the state reps are trying to lower property taxes. Some want them eliminated. I wonder how we will handle crowd control from move ins if they abolish them? I told my rep to put a clause for recent move-ins to have to pay for X years until they have paid their share. We've been paying them for decades.. All my friends online here, I'll hold the gate open for y'all.

Personally I am for elimination of property tax. It likely won't happen this session but it's almost a given that the school tax exemption will be increased and some tightening up of the appraisal process. Interesting note is that the mother of our new national agriculture secretary is now a state rep in Texas. She has already filled some property tax bills.

I'll need to truly plan [pack] for a trip, this week, up to Brisbane.

Ended up at 50°F - feels like 42°F. Winds are down to 9mph out of the NNE. Looks like tomorrow will be sunny and up in the 60°'s.
Got the chicken for the jambayala and I'm also going to add some chopped up brisket leftovers along with the sausage. Should be good.

Wow! What kind of generator and where was it located? Glad you were able to clear it out!

TBS it was a Generac whole house generator that was installed incorrectly! The exhaust was pointed toward the Bilco doors going into the cellar ! I find it hard to believe that a licensed contractor would make such a glaring mistake !

Wind 28mph peak here, someone said 74mph up on the mountain. Lots trees down and power outages up that way.
Next 3 hrs should be highest winds then drop by morning.
Good class tonight.
Dad was without power some today, winds took down trees that blocked state route, so resolved quick.
