Help! Power loss 4500z

I have a 2020 4500z(covid model possibly?) that I bought from a dealer with around 150 hours, I’ve run a 2014 4500z for 8-9 years at a school for mow and snow, ran like a champ, never a power issue stayed around 3600rpm no matter what I ran and never seemed to bog. Loved it so bought one for home. Had mine 2 years and never ran like the work unit I was used to. will idle at start maybe 3500 but warms up and drops to 3300 and only running a 60” mower will drop to 3100, snow blowing at school will launch snow 45’, with mine it seems to barely throw it 25. High speed up 1-2 degrees drops to 9.1-9.2 mph. Dealer is great but missing the issue somewhere. I thought fuel so dumped fuel ran 93 through it with a bottle of sea foam changed filter twice, no change, dealer messed with throttle cable, made no difference that I can tell, took it back he messed with throttle again said it was normal, Only other maybe indicator, it often tries to die on startup, choke—fires—idles for 2 seconds-sputter/cuts out, cut,cut,cut 3 seconds idles. Any ideas

For me first guess, dirty carb. Second plugs, then ignition coil

Since your machine "never ran like the work unit," I suspect the valves are out of adjustment.

I adjusted the valves at about 300 hours and it ran like a different machine after.
