Thanks for the help. I went to my local napa this morning. Gave me a 1068. Threads and gasket fit fine, everything good. But the 1068 was noticeably larger in both length and diameter than what was on the engine.

I have an obscure older excavator that no one can look up the oil filter. It has a Kubota V2203 engine. The filter on the unit has no markings. The filter measures about 3 inches in diameter and is about 3 inches long. Can anyone give me a part number? Thanks much.

The cab is great in winter but, any other time when outside temps are 50 or higher I must run the a/c or I cook in the cab. I would not recommend a cab without ac.

I have the same concerns with my older Mitsubishi 180D. I tried adding Marvel Mystery Oil but the engine was very hard to start, especially when cold. Almost wore down the battery.
