Not sure, going to have to check before ordering it.

    Pat's Quick Hitch

Thanks, I was wondering how well they work compared to the Quick Hitch style. The only attachment I'm currently running is a 5' brush hog but have plans to get a disc. With the addition of the length to the arms will I have any issues connecting my PTO shaft on the brush hog?

    Pat's Quick Hitch

    Leveling Attachment

It's 2-WD and no front loader. Total acreage is around 20 but only the senderos and camp site area will be worked. Have two senderos about 100 - 125 yards long each. Then all around the camp site area. We already started removing stumps and cleaning up debri. I used a piece of chainlink...

    Leveling Attachment

What attachment would you guys recommend for leveling and maintaining sandy soil and dirt? This is out at our little ranch property in South Texas. Had some dozer work done a few weeks back. Would some sort of a drag work best or a metal rake, box blade, grader blade, land plane, etc. I only...

    Drag Harrow

I've been searching the local classifieds for something but no luck and want to get back out there as soon as possible. I'll try dragging first and see how that works out. I don't need it perfect, just better than it is now.

    Drag Harrow

I like how compact it is and can easily load it in the back of my truck. It's a fun little machine to cruise around on. Paid $300 for it and don't regret it one bit. Have no plans on getting rid of it.

    Drag Harrow

Thanks, my buddy had it sitting in his barn for a good while and got him to sell it to me. Hadn't ran in a good while. I cleaned out the tank, replaced the carb, spark plug, oil and filter then poured some fresh fuel in it and it fired right up. Here is when I got it home and after I gave...

    Drag Harrow

My thinking is since it's sand it won't require anything heavy like posted above. I'll give the weighted welded wire cattle panels a try and see how they work. Going to try and use my Honda 3 wheeler to drag it around.

    Drag Harrow

Thanks, would I be able to drag it with my truck if needed? Tractor might be down for a bit and really want to try and level it as soon as I can.

    Drag Harrow

Just had some dozer work done at our little ranch in South Texas. The soil is very sandy and looking at options on making my own drag harrow to level it out as best as I can. Doesn't have to be perfect, just much better than it currently is. Any of you try dragging a weighted cattle panel or...

    Seized Engine

Thanks fellas for all the advice. It's put all back together and will most likely put it up for sale as is. If I was to part it out I know I could make more money than selling it whole but have too many other projects to take care. I'm thinking I can get anywhere between $300 - $500 for it...

  16. P

    Seized Engine

Yup and I don't think the machine is worth that much once it's up and running.
  17. P

    Seized Engine

I got it broken free already a couple of days ago. Only thing that will fix it now is pretty much a engine rebuild at worst or piston/jug kit at best.
  18. P

    Seized Engine

I totaly get this and feel the same but my main issue is time and space for the machine. At the moment I have the garage space but that's only due to my car being in the body shop. Once I get it back I have nowhere to keep the machine where I can work on it.
  19. P

    Seized Engine

I thought about buying one of those cheap cylinder/piston kits from amazon or eBay but I feel like it will just lead me down the rabbit hole and will end up spending more money and time on it. If I needed the machine it would be a no brainer for me to repair it but I'm leaning towards putting it...

    Seized Engine

Well I gave it another go. I couldn’t move it with just the ratchet and socket so stuck a breaker bar in there and gave it a few taps in both directions with a mallet and it broke loose. I can now spin it over. Should I fill the cylinder with some PB blaster and let it sit for a couple of days...

    Seized Engine

Came across this when searching the web. This is on rusted bolts but how would it compare to a seized engine? I have no issues with trying the Kroil or ATF/Acetone mix or both. The Machinist Workshop magazine studied the most popular penetrating oils to see what did the best job of...

Ever since I've owned my little New Holland T1510 with 5ft Brush Hog I've kept it in my garage at home. My garage is starting to get pretty full and have been debating if I should just leave the cutter out at the ranch where I use it at and just bring the tractor back home. If I leave the...

    Light Upgrades NH T1510

Looking for options on upgrading light output on my New Holland T1510. Would love to install a small led light bar or something but don't want to do a hack job. Any ideas where I'd be able to attach a light bar to without having to drill holes into the hood?

    NH T1510 Steering Problem

I decided to replace the filter and fluid and all seems good now. No more crazy sound and the tires turn normal now. I’m guessing the filter was bad from never being replaced and not really putting the tractor to use as much. Oil and filter change is next. Thank you all for the help and advice.

    NH T1510 Steering Problem

Thanks. I came out to the garage to check some things. Main thing I notice is that whenever the steering gives me issues it makes a noise, kind of like a loud higher pitched humming sound. It also does it every time I raise the 5ft brush hog. Won’t do it when I lower it. Sounds like it’s coming...

    NH T1510 Steering Problem

Was looking at some diagrams on messicks site. Can anyone confirm if part #17 on the diagram has a fill cap to check for fluid? I wasn't aware of it till I looked online. Going to check the tractor later today when I get home. I'm wondering if that can be low for some reason.

    NH T1510 Steering Problem

I just purchased some new fluid and a new filter and plan on finally changing it out to see if it helps at all. Been pretty busy and haven't had a chance to mess around with the tractor. I guess if it doesn't help then at least I know it has fresh fluid and a filter. I'd like to take it out...

I plan on trying to repair the wires soon. It was driving me nuts trying to figure out why the light wouldn't turn off. I think it's been like that for a very long time because I remember at times while mowing the light would flicker on/off. When I replaced the filters they still looked...

    Toro Zero Turn

The only fluid levels to check are the oil and fuel. The hydrostatic trans on these machines are supposedly sealed systems. There really isn't any grease fitting other than on the wheels. I'm going to give it a real good look over this weekend and address anything that I find.
