?03 forbidden

I keep getting a screen that says 403 FORBIDDEN when I click to open a thread. If I go back and click again, it then opens the thread. It is happening quite frequently now.

Clear the cookies and saved files for TBN, I was getting that a few weeks ago until I cleared the cookies and cache for TBN and it has worked properly ever since.

It started around the time of mass delete of member posts.
