1510d Front Differential

My 4wd in my yanmar 1510d went out. Pulled apart the the frontend - grears are cracked, needle bearings bad, and bushings are worn. I've been trying to track down a complete front differential but have had no luck. Anyone know where I can find one?

Also try Western Kentucky Tractor Parts. They seem to have some of the more difficult to find stuff.

Is it the "tower" gears that run on the vertical shart that are broken? I seem to remember that someone was having these made. Handlers maybe? Anyone else know?

I rebuilt the front axle of a YM1110D which is exactly the same design as the YM1510D front axle. The gears were badly pitted from water, but not broken. All of the bearings were total junk and most of them were broken or fell apart when I disassembled the axle. The needle bearings and both the inside of the tower gears and the shaft they turn on were all chewed up. I attached a photo of the one tower gear. I wish I had taken a photo of the dirt I scraped out of that axle. It was completely filled with mud.
