16" disk ? identity

Can any one help me identify this 16" disk. My neighbor took off 2 sections to replace a few of the disks but someone stole his cargo van with them inside and haven't been able to come across any that seem similar. The steel is real heavy duty and I hate to cut it up for scrap. I'll try to attach pictures but I haven't been too successful of late, so bear with me.

In many respects it looks similar to a Krause. Look on ebay at item #130610729573. Another possibility may be a Shaffer.

In order to be useful, you would have to replace two gangs completely. I dont see these as being worth the money to do that. The set is fixed on this disc so it cant be used for anything other than heavy breaking. You can buy disc that size complete and ready to work for much less that what it would cost to fix one gang on that one. I have seen them as much as 24' wide for $1500 with fold up gangs and dual wheels. It seems that there isnt much demand for used large equipment. Farmers just buy new so no one wants the used big stuff.
The frame may be useful for build your own type work as the box frame looks pretty hefty but I would just salvage the remaining disc blades,axles,bearings and spacers and see if they could be used for another piece of equipment.
