i had to step away from it today but tomorrow i will find that filter thank you for your help ....i will let you know thanks again

do you think if i remove the fuel hose and squirt some carburator cleaner down there it might reach that filter and clean it I'm afraid if i take it off i won't be able to get the parts i need /i know i could buy a new pump but i don't want to let this beat me i'm just thinking maybe

hey there I took the cover the distribution pump should i spin the motor too make sure the internals on the pump side turn while the cover is off ???

plenty of fuel came out the top when i took the fuel line off

Try if just to make sure that the pumpshaft is in one piece

everything was in tact on the pump side put my finger on there and had my helper crank the motor and everything spinning good my pump has a filter in the housing where the fuel line hooks in filter fine hooked the fuel line to the housing fuel poured out ...put everything back together .....disconnected injector line at the pump cranked the motor fuel is oozing out slowly but not squirting out ????? you think i should check the metering valve again ????
