I'm still trying to figure out if this is useful...or just cute. I mean if the 10 is binary, then why not indicate it as 10b or 10B or 0b10? Then we all know it's 2.

So I'm guessing just cute.

We've been holding at 1.99 on gas and 2.45 on diesel. I'll bet all the gas stations had a hard time finding the "1" when the price went down.

A gallon of gas can be had for as low as $2.19 a gallon this morning, according to MilwaukeeGasPrices.com. That's a nickel cheaper than the lowest price the survey found yesterday. The area average has dropped to $2.27 a gallon.

FYI. Fuel prices at my station today, 2.39/9, 2.49/9 2.59/9 and diesel was 2.69/9.

Some of us are old enough to remember when ALL "service stations" (not just filling stations) provided free air and water right next to the gas pumps. And we didn't even take the hoses in at night when the station was closed.
