2006 F350 4x4 - Dash lights are going out. Anyone know difficulty --> LED?

Purchased a used 2006 F350 6.0L diesel. It is doing fine, but there are a few things which need addressing.

One thing is I have a couple dash lights which are out. Gauges work fine, but the lights are out.

I have watched a video on removing the instrument cluster, but I haven't seen anything showing how to ultimately change the dash bulbs. I was thinking of just changing them all out to LEDs while I have it out.

Any recommendations on whether this is something a reasonable person would do? I am relatively mechanically inclined, but don't want to tear everything apart just to find out it is a Pro-type job. It doesn't seem like it should be, but...

Any recommendations on where to get a decent quality light package?
