We have used this solution successfully to prevent
that impellar (fan) from moving forward on the shaft.

My own unit came forward last week, and I cannot get
one of the setscrews loose so I can re-loctite it.. so I
am going to put one of these collars on to get
me thru the rest of the winter,, then in warmer weather
I will get that other setscrew out and re assemble... but
i am still going to keep this collar on.. added insurance.
