extremely simple. The unit swings on a hinge/bracket and there is a spring loaded lever that tightens the drive belt and secures the unit to the deck.

cool. I called them as well. They said just the power flow unit is $870 Substantially more than the JD power flow. They said their unit is all metal with a 4 blade metal impeller. Whereas the JD unit is mostly plastic with a 5 blade plastic impeller. Hard to tell how they would compare as far as performance. Would be nice to measure the CFM of both units on the 2210 so that we could do an apples to apples comparison.

Ordered the power flow unit on Saturday. One more question, how did you setup your cart for collecting from the power flow the unit?

cool. Give me a day or so to take some pics of the cart...
Here are some tips which will give you good performance.
Use as little duct as possible and keep the duct horizontal. See the 2nd pict that I posted. I have the base of the duct anchored via bungee cord to the very bottom of the ROPS. The duct then connects directly horizontally to a plastic flange that is mounted to the cart. I bought the flange through Deere. All of the duct is 7 inch. I recommend T-7 thermoplastic duct. The duct is very flexible and great for this application. I made the duct short enough so that it stretches a bit when the cart swings away from the power flow.
Air venting is a very important feature of the cart. If I am picking up grass, I brush off the screens after each dump to ensure good venting. Leaves don't gum up the screens as much but keep an eye on it.
Use the highest lift blades available for the deck. I think the only choice is the standard blade.

Great the pictures would really help. You wouldn't happen to know the part number for the flange or what model it was made for?
